Productbeschrijving : MARY ROSE
Scheepsmodellen MARY ROSE
The Mary Rose was part of the naval program of King Henry VIII, certainly built in Portsmouth in 1510 it was called Rose which was the emblem of the Tudors.
She sank in the Solent in July 1545, just after hoisting the sails and probably due to a bad ballast, water entered through the portholes of guns.
The kit is the most accurate of those vessels reproducing Tudor, all pieces are cut on digital machines for high precision assembly, double skin construction.
The topsides of wood and metal are provided original, a set of very detailed plans and instructions also facilitate the assembly of the model.
